INSTALLATION POINTS

This is an exterior door with the correct weatherstripping for the parallel arm application, but instead of installing the closer bracket on top of and fastened through the metal, the metal was cut away and the gasket rests against the closer bracket.

CODES & STANDARDS

Do the push sides of your door surfaces comply with ADA Standards for Accessible Design? Not if they have any of these qualities! Thumbturn, pulls below 10″, and bottom rails without a minimum 60 degrees tapered top leading edge.
